Welcome to Petcare Rewards, our clinic’s loyalty rewards programme.

How does the Petcare rewards work?

Petcare Rewards is a programme designed to help pets live longer and healthier lives. When you use our services or purchase eligible products, you’ll earn points to redeem for various amazing Rewards to spend on services at our clinic.

Earn points

You earn points automatically from the services and all eligible products from a single invoice. Every $100 spent = 1 treat. Our team will apply your points at checkout after a visit. Then, your treat points will appear in the mobile app.

You can earn bonus points for:

✅ Joining the Pet Health Club (+15 points)

✅ Referring a new client (+10 points)

✅ Purchasing a 6-month heartworm prevention supply (+2 points)

Points add up fast

You automatically earn treat points for things you already do for your pets, such as getting them vaccinations, heartworm testing or wellness examinations. 

Turn your points into the services your pet needs

You can use your accumulated points whenever you want (some services may require an appointment). You can redeem them for wellness exams, preventive exams, blood work, dental cleaning, blood pressure checks, and other services at Animal Medical Group. It’s all about your convenience and flexibility.

What do I do with my accumulated points? 

You redeem your points for rewards:

• 🩺 50% off  Wellness Exam – 15 treat points
• 🩸 20% off comprehensive diagnostic Panel – 20 treat points
• 💩 Free faecal or urinalysis test – 18 treat points
• 🦷 $100 off Dental Cleaning – 30 treat points
• ✂️ Free nail trim/ear cleaning with a paid wellness  – 10 treat points
• 🏚️ One Free Night of pet boarding – 35 treat points

Terms and Conditions

1. Participation is free and optional. Since points are automatically added, you can ask not to be awarded points when you use our services. 
2. Redeem your rewards for services (not products) —services and purchases excluded from earning rewards: Some items and services in the Pet Health Club, previously discounted  services or items.
3. Invoice must be paid in full at the time of check-out to receive treats. 
4. Points cannot be combined or transferred. 
5. There is a limit of 1 redemption per transaction per day unless unrelated to the same invoice.
6. Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
7. Rewards cannot be used at the visit redeemed (cannot be used at the same visit during which it was earned).
8. Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
9. Animal Medical Group reserves the right to discontinue and modify the Petcare Rewards at anytime.
